Time Range Statistics (Company)

The time range statistics object contains a summary of company performance over a date/time range.

startDate Date/Time ISO 8601, in UTC
endDate Date/Time ISO 8601, in UTC
customersHelped Int Number of customers your company has replies to; notes, status changes, and assignments do not count towards this number
closed Int Number of conversations that were closed during the time range
totalReplies Int Number of replies sent during the time range
totalUsers Int Number of users who helped customers during the time range
totalDays Int Number of days in the time range
repliesPerDayPerUser Double Number of replies sent per day, per user on average during the time range
repliesPerDay Double Number of replies sent per day on average during the time range
resolvedPerDay Double Number of resolved conversations per day on average during the time range
